Our goal is to be much more than just a supplier of advanced equipment. Our mission is to SERVE BETTER. We do a few things really well, rather than many things to a lesser standard. We serve our customers with expert advice, both to help them choose the right product, and then to get the most out of their investment. We believe that our customers are our best ambassadors, so excellence in customer service is paramount.

Our expertise in our field is what sets us apart. Witness that Pro-Lite staff have served on standards-setting bodies in fields as diverse as laser safety eyewear and the UV protection of fabrics. Witness also that Pro-Lite will gladly come and install and train users of its equipment so that they get the most from their investment. We attend leading conferences to present on our technical innovations. We also run courses that provide an introduction for the non-specialist, such as our short course in “Light Measurement: Radiometry, Photometry and Colorimetry” which we run in conjunction with the Photonics Cluster.
