VPSL Diode Lasers

» VPSL (Virtual Point Source Laser) CircuLaser™ diodes from Blue Sky Research employ patented µLens™ technology to provide a circular beam with near diffraction-limited performance with low divergence in a standard TO-header laser diode package. Choose from red and near-infrared wavelengths (635, 658, 670, 690, 785, 808, 830 & 850nm). 

Fibre-Coupled VPSL Diode Laser Modules

The inherently high beam quality from a Blue Sky Research CircuLaser™ diode results in an industry-leading coupling efficiency into a single mode fibre, deliverying up to twice the power and brightness of comparible devices.  Fibre-coupled modules are available with visible and IR wavelengths including violet (405nm), blue (488nm), green (532nm) and red (635nm). Our low power, fibre-coupled diode lasers are offered in a variety of packages:

Free-Space VPSL Diode Laser Modules

» MiniLASE™ red and infrared modules employ Blue Sky Research's VPSL CircuLaser™ diodes in compact, robust housings with integral drive electronics and high quality collimation or focussing optics designed for OEM integrators. The µLens™ technology results in a very high quality collimated or focussed beam. Line generation optics are available.

» ChromaLASE™ visible diode modules provide added convenience to the MiniLASE™ concept with integrated drive, control and temperature stabilisation. All offer stable power over a wide temperature range, low noise, high power efficiency, small form factor and excellent beam pointing stability. The range includes violet (405, 440 & 473nm), blue (488nm), green (532nm) and red (639nm).
