Ideal for Calibrating NIR-MIR & FTIR Spectrometers

Labsphere Infragold standards provide diffuse reflectance between 92-96% and are used to calibrate FTIR spectrometers and NIR-MIR spectrophotometers in the 2.5-15µm range. Diffuse reflectance standards are preferable for calibrating integrating sphere-based instruments as the readings are independent of sample orientation or instrument illumination and viewing geometries. Standards are supplied calibrated for 8°/Hemispherical reflectance from 2.5-15µm with data reported every 50nm. Calibrations are NIST traceable; a certificate is included. Infragold standards are available in two sizes, either 1.25 inch or 2.00 inch diameter.
