Diffuse Reflectance Panels for Calibrating NIR-MIR Remote Sensing Instruments
Labsphere Infragold targets provide diffuse reflectance between 92-96% and are used to calibrate NIR-MIR spectrometers and remote sensing instruments in the 2.5-15µm range. Diffuse reflectance targets are preferable for calibrating many instruments as the readings are independent of sample orientation or instrument illumination and viewing geometries. Targets are supplied calibrated for 8°/Hemispherical reflectance from 2.5-15µm with data reported every 50nm. Calibrations are NIST traceable; a certificate is included. Infragold targets are available as framed panels of 2, 5, 10 and 18 inches square.
