Manual XY Stages

KT series manual XY stages provide planar, bi-directional translation of optical components over working distance of up to 20mm, whereas the MKT versions are miniature equivalents for translation over smaller distances (up to 6mm). Non-magnetic versions of both are available (models UKT & UMKT). For longer travels, the PKT stages provide travels of up to 130mm.

KT 65 XY Stage

The KT 65 XY stage has a high-precision double-dovetail guide and fine adjustment along the X and Y axes. The 32.5mm aperture is retained over the entire 6mm adjustment range. The KT 65 is available with fine thread spindles and graduated buttons and is compatible with the SYS 65 rail system.

KT 90 XY Stage

The KT 90 is an XY translation stage with 45mm aperture and a travel of 16mm (w/ mounting plate) or 20mm (w/ end plate). The KT 90 is available with gimbal plates with various holding diameters. Using the mounting plate, the height of the optical axis is 65mm. When mounted on the SYS 90 rail on the RT 90 slide, the height of the optical axis is 105mm

KT 150 XY Stage

The KT 150 is an XY translation stage with 70mm aperture and a travel of 20mm. It is equipped with a fine-thread spindle with graduated button and can be used in any application as a result of the bi-directional operation of the fine-thread spindle.

MKT 30 Miniature XY Stage

The MKT 30 is a miniature XY translation stage with 7mm opening and a travel of 3mm. The MVT 30 is compatible with the SYS 40 rail system when used together with the optional pin adaptor plate and RT 40 slide. Translation is achieved by means of fine pitch thread spindles with graduated buttons.

MKT 40B Miniature XY Stage

The MKT 40B is a miniature XY translation stage with 6mm travel and equipped with a bidirectional fine adjustment screw. The stage uses adjustable dovetail guides and when mounted on the RT 40 slide has the same beam height as the SYS 40 rail system.

MKT 40C Miniature XY Stage

The MKT 40C is a miniature XY translation stage with 6mm travel. It is a self-locking design which has been optimised for flatness. Mounted on slides and pins, it is available with fine adjustment screws or micrometer adjusters. It is comptable with the SYS 40 rail system.

PKT 50 & PKT 70 Compact XY Stages

The PKT 50 and PKT 70 are precision, compact dual-axis translation stages with square apertures (insert plate optional) and displacements of 50 and 70mm respectively. Translation is achieved by means of ground, fine-thread spindles and ball bearing guides.

UMKT 40B Non-Magnetic Miniature XY Stage

The UMKT 40B is a miniature XY translation stage with 6mm travel that is constructed using materials which possess a low permeability. The dimensions are the same as for the standard MKT 40C XY stage except for the length of the adjustment screws. It is comptable with the SYS 40 rail system.

UKT 65 Non-Magnetic XY Stage

The UKT 65 is a non-magnetic XY translation stage with 6mm travel and similar dimensions to the KT 65 cross stage (but with a spring return). The UKT 65 is constructed using materials of low permeability and is compatible with the SYS 65 rail system.
