Labsphere's Spectralon and 6080 diffuse reflectance coatings and materials realise the ideal of near-perfect Lambertian refectance in the 250-2500nm spectral range. From the affordable 6080 white reflectance coating to the space grade Spectralon that was chosen as an in-flight diffuser material for NASA's LANDSAT earth observation mission, we have a coating that delivers higher efficiencies and more uniform illumination or collection of light.
The Photonic Products Group, Inc. (PPGI) - and its three subsidiaries Inrad, Laser Optics and MRC Optics - designs and manufactures custom glass, crystal and metal optics. PPGI also provides custom thin film coatings and optical and opto-mechanic sub-assemblies.

Labsphere 6080 is a scientific-grade paint that exhibits near-perfect diffuse reflectance at levels up to 98% in the 250-2500nm (UV-VIS-NIR) wavelength range. Available as a pre-mix or in an ethanol solution, 6080 is used to coat integrating spheres, lamp housings, backlight reflectors and laser pumping chambers, in fact anywhere where you need efficient, uniform illumination.

Inrad, part of the Photonics Product Group, Inc. manufactures custom optics based upon non-linear and electro-optic crystals. Materials such as LiNbO3, beta-BBO, alpha-BBO, X- Ray crystals, KDP, KD*P and ZnGeP2 (ZGP) are used for harmonic generation of lasers, parametric oscillation, and sum or difference frequency generation. Inrad also produces nickel sulphate UV filters.
