Opto-Mechanics - Universal & Laser Mounts

Fine adjustment stages provide 2 or 3 axes of lateral adjustment. When budgets and space are at a premium, XY adjusting plates are suitable. Prism stages provide 2 axes of tilting and 1 axis of rotational adjustment. Laser mounts clamp the laser and can provide 4 axes of lateral and rotational adjustment. There's also a mount designed specifically for use within a laser resonator.

ASBD 20-54 Tube Clamp The ASBD 20-54 tube clamp holds tubular gas lasers, detectors, etc. with diameters ranging from 20 to 54mm. FV 40 XY Fine Adjustment Stage The FV 40 provides fine adjustment in two orthogonal axes using fine thread screws or micrometers. The stage is intended for use with the SYS 40 rail system and accepts mounted optics or laser accessories of 25mm diameter. Built-in spring elements ensure a backlash-free motion. FV 40 XYZ Fine Adjustment Stage The FV 40 XYZ provides fine adjustment in three axes using fine thread scews or micrometers. The stage is intended for use with the SYS 40 rail system for adjusting fibre chucks for single mode optical fibres. FV 65 XY Fine Adjustment Stage The FV 65 provides fine adjustment in two orthogonal axes using fine thread screws or micrometers. The stage has an opening of 40 x 40mm and is intended for use with the SYS 65 rail system. It accepts SYS 40 components (mounting plates, TRANS 40 etc.). LJ 80 Laser Adjustment Stage The LJ 80 laser adjustment stage consists of a prismatic clamping device which can be adjusted linearly in two axes (perpendicular to the beam direction) and swung around two axes of rotation. Linear adjustment is via an ergonomic knob to a fine-thread spindle. A clamping device prevents drifting of the position. LSH 65 Laser Mirror Mount The LSH 65 is a high precision laser mirror mount intended for use in laser resonators. Using an RT 65 slide and an S 65 profile rail, a highly stable laser resonator can be set up. The adjustment mounts have a central hole with a 35mm diameter to hold mounted optics or other components. OH 40 XY Adjustable Mounting Plate The OH 40 XY adjustable mounting plate is cheaper and more compact than XY stages or combinations of micrometer stages. Adjustment is normal to the optical axis and made by fine-pitch screws with compression springs. It has a 25mm opening which accepts mounted optics or reduction inserts without V-groove. OH 65 XY Adjustable Mounting Plates The OH 65 XY adjustable mounting plates are cheaper and more compact than XY stages or combinations of micrometer stages. Adjustment is normal to the optical axis and made by fine-pitch screws with compression springs. A choice of 45mm clamping diameter or 56mm opening with 47mm clamping diameter is offered.
