Spectrometers - Pre-Configured
The Ocean Optics family of miniature spectrometers are available both in pre-configured and user-configured versions. Pre-configured spectrometers are pre-configured with diffraction gratings, input slits, detectors and filters which are optimised for popular applications in LED and light source measurements and in reflectance and absorption spectroscopy. Pre-configured spectrometers are normally maintained in stock for faster delivery. Each spectrometer communicates with the computer via a USB interface with control, data acquisition and analysis provided by SpectraSuite software. Please note that SpectraSuite is included with some pre-configured spectrometers but not all - see below for details. When you purchase a pre-configured spectrometer, you can also choose from a wide range of accessories: light sources; sampling or filter holders; fiber optic probes; cosine receivers; integrating spheres; and an extensive range of optical fibers.

NEW TC Thermal Regulator
To maintain thermal stability of spectrometers operating in variable environments, Ocean Optics has released the USB-TC small-footprint heating device. Compatible with the company’s USB2000+ and USB4000 miniature spectrometers, the unit attaches directly to the spectrometer and maintains wavelength thermal stability to within +/-0.025 pixels/ ºC. This temperature control ensures accuracy in industrial and other settings where temperature variations can affect spectral performance.
